National Environmental Policy Act

The National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) requires federal agencies to integrate environmental values into their decision making processes by considering the environmental impacts of their proposed actions and reasonable alternatives to those actions. NEPA is not a permit. NEPA is an environmental compliance document that assists responsible federal agencies during their permit-decision making process. Wallace Environmental Consulting has prepared over 300 NEPA compliance documents including exploration and mining projects for precious metals, industrial materials, base metals and uranium.
